Program

• Session 1 : December 17-20, 2012. Generalities on HPB cancers.
  Hepatocellular carcinoma and other primary malignancies of the liver. Biliary cancers. From prevention to transplantation.
  
• Session 2: February 18-22, 2013. Liver metastases from colorectal cancer
  New oncosurgical strategies. Role of chemotherapy and surgery. Timing of treatment. Results of "rescue" surgery. How to increase resectability ?
  
• Session 3: May 13-16, 2013. Liver metastases from colorectal cancer & Cancer of the Pancreas.
  Liver metastases from colorectal cancer : Progress on chemotherapy. Rationale for surgery.
  Cancer of the pancreas: Standards of therapy. How to improve survival ?

Validation

The examination is a MCQ and contains 60 multiple-choice questions on the teaching of the 3 session concerning. The global notation is on 20. The candidates having obtained the average mark in this examination are graduated.

Participation fees

Administration fees: 385 euros + Registration fees

Registration fees : Individual Participation Fees :  450 euros / Student Participation Fees : 250 euros (Please provide a copy of your 2012/2013 student card or any other proof of your University subscription)
Continued Medical Education Participation Fees : 850 euros

Registrations : From September 1st until December 10th. Within the limit of 50 participants.
